Storage and Stability
This secondary antibody conjugate should be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8°C. However, for long term storage, aliquot into working volumes without dilution and store at –20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Formulation
This secondary antibody is formulated in 0.05M Tris buffered saline pH 8.0 containing 0.001M MgCl2, 0.001M ZnCl2, 1.0% BSA, 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
